Dental Recruiter
Dentologie dental group (Chicago, Seattle) is seeking a Dental Recruiter (at least two years of healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred) to join our recruiting team to support our dental staff needs throughout both markets. The selected candidate must reside in metro-Seattle, WA (and will work via a remote arrangement).
As a Dental Recruiter, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging dental staff (who bring value to the Dentologie patient experience as well as the company culture). Working in close collaboration with our clinical and leadership team, the dental recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and initial contact to interviewing and offer stage. This dynamic role demands exceptional candidate sourcing experience, organizational skills, the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to travel for candidate outreach.
Dentologie was founded in Chicago in 2013 by three close friends and has grown to a robust thirteen practices in Chicago! In addition, as of last year, Dentologie is now in Seattle with four recently opened practices for a total of 17 practices across the group. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, identifying, and hiring dental office staff candidates (including dental assistants, front office, insurance team members, etc).
- Researching, developing, and deploying innovative sourcing strategies that communicate a compelling value proposition.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly communicated to candidates.
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with schools to routinely conduct school recruitment and career fairs.
- Implement strategies to attract passive job seekers including job boards, ATS data mining, online searches, social media, professional networking, and employee referral campaigns.
- Build a pipeline of highly qualified talent and bench for current and future openings to achieve succession planning through proactive and strategic hiring practices.
- Represents the Dentologie brand and promotes the company’s culture and core values throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate initial interviews, arrange clinical tours/interviews, conduct reference checks, and make formal offers.
- Foster partnerships with educational institution Career Centers to cultivate talent pipelines including externship programs.
- Other tasks as requested by supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree required (in either Business or related major).
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a dental or medical recruiting position strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-based project experience, with a strong track record of successful internal and external relationships.
- Excellent analytic skills with the ability to provide solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and utilizing applicant tracking systems (JazzHR preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven expertise in building and nurturing candidate relationships.
- Strong organizational acumen with a detail-oriented approach.
- Facilitates candidate screening process by using tools such as video interviews, assessments, and phone screens. Completes required documentation in system.
- Ability to travel up to as needed (5-10%), which may include overnight stay, for recruiting related events or training as needed.
