Dentologie is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic insurance team at our Chicago, IL headquarters. This is an on-site role in our River North HQ (306 W Erie Street, Suite 201, Chicago, IL 60654) with potential for a hybrid schedule after the training period.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist ($23/hr.), you’ll work directly with insurance companies to ensure timely payments for dental procedures and maintain accurate patient ledgers through adjustments and reconciliations. We're seeking candidates with experience in dental claims resolution who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

Shifts are Monday–Friday: start between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM and they end between 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Dental / healthcare insurance knowledge (strongly preferred but not required)
